School has started back up and it adds a lot of stress to my life. That's okay though. I've determined to be a good student this year and try not to be stressed overwhelmed maybe but in a good way.
A while ago, I started a happiness journal. What it is, is I just write out every now and then things and people that make me happy. It's a good way to stay positive! So, if you need a pick- me - up with school starting just take a few minutes and write out things that make you smile. They're blessings really. It will make your day much brighter! :)
